Ryan Residence is a newly renovated third floor residence located in the suburb of Montreal, Canada. The architects wanted to rethink the common suburbia house by opening the living spaces and by leaving white canvases for art. The idea was to have a minimalistic style for the entire third-floor residence. This open concept provides ideal functionality. Kreon Holon 40 surface mounted fixed lighting was used throughout because of its compact discreet form and dramatic lighting effect on the horizontal surfaces.
