kreon NV, with HQ in Belgium, is a leading manufacturer of architectural light fittings and metal ceiling systems. Ever since its creation, kreon has stood out on the market for its unique approach to the concept of lighting. kreon is active in the design and manufacture of durable and premium quality designer lighting and ceiling systems, for which it has received worldwide recognition.

In 2016 kreon took over belux, belux is committed to providing optimal solutions for complex lighting requirements both in the contract sector and in private residential environments. belux regards lighting as a key element of interior design, which must, therefore, fulfill the highest functional and aesthetic demands.

Since 2014 kreon is active in China and currently we are looking for a sales manager who can boost our sales and possibly grow into the function of country manager to lead the team and further expand the business. You will be the link between kreon China and kreon HQ in Belgium.

 

Position

  • You are responsible for advice, sales and after-sales service of both kreon and belux.
  • The focus is strongly on the project market and you work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and lighting specialists and assist them in the specification of our products and solutions.
  • You are responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the customer portfolio.
  • You are responsible for taking local marketing initiatives.
  • You are responsible for achieving the sales targets
  • You report directly to HQ in Belgium.

 

Profile

  • You have at least a bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sector.
  • You have a strong network of, and relations with, architects, interior designers, engineers and/or lighting specialists.
  • Wide-ranging work experience in the sale of high-end interior products can also come into consideration.
  • Knowledge of project sales is a must.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, eager to take initiative and an entrepreneurial/problem-solving mindset.
  • You are communicative, assertive and empathic.
